OpenCourt365
OpenCourt365 is the data controller responsible for your personal information under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709). We are a sports court availability platform based in Malaysia, committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the seven data protection principles outlined in the Act.

Account Information — Name, email address, and password when you create an account
Google Sign-In — If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture

Search Data — Sports, locations, dates, and filters you use to find courts
Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns
Device Info — Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers

How Long We Keep Your Data
In compliance with the Retention Principle (Section 11, PDPA 2010), we only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected
Account Data
Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
Search & Usage Data
Automatically expires after 30 days. Used for recent search history and analytics.
Session Availability
Cached temporarily (5 minutes). Court availability data is not permanently stored.
International Data Transfers
In accordance with Section 129 of the PDPA 2010, some of your data may be processed outside Malaysia through the following services
Google Analytics
Usage data processed on Google servers globally
Google Maps
Location queries processed via Google’s infrastructure
Google AdSense
Ad preferences processed outside Malaysia
Google OAuth
Authentication data processed by Google
These services operate under their own privacy policies and provide adequate data protection safeguards as required under Section 129 of the PDPA 2010.
