Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OpenCourt365 platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.
About the Platform
OpenCourt365 is a sports court availability aggregator. We crawl and display court availability data from multiple third-party booking platforms, including Courtsite, AFA Sports, Metahub, PlayByPoint, and SportsWePlay. When you choose to book a court, you will be redirected to the respective third-party platform to complete your booking. OpenCourt365 does not process bookings or payments directly.
No Warranty on Availability Data
Court availability information displayed on the Platform is collected from third-party sources and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Availability, pricing, and session details may change at any time on the source platforms. OpenCourt365 provides this data on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
OpenCourt365 is not responsible for any issues arising from bookings made on third-party platforms, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, cancelled sessions, double bookings, venue closures, or payment disputes. Any booking-related concerns should be directed to the respective booking platform or venue operator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenCourt365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
User Accounts
You may create an account on OpenCourt365 to access additional features such as saved preferences and search history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of OpenCourt365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without our express permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Platform
Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms to reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
